Shipping

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 150 is applicable.

We dispatch orders within 1-day. Orders placed on Friday post 2 p.m are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

We usually take 5-9 working days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines:
Bangalore (Our home) 1-2 days.

Metro’s 2-4 days

Other cities 4-5 days

High up North like Punjab, UP, J&K etc 5-7

Exchanges

Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you won't be charged extra in exchange for the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

You can return the product if you don't like the fabric, color, fit or for any other reason - We don't have a problem.

Exception to this rule:

We will not accept a return if the garment is used/worn, soiled, dirty, torn or if the tags are missing.

Step 1:

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2:

Access our returns center - Link & follow necessary steps.

Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a return that results in refund, the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:

1. You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our office (if you are in Bangalore).

2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 150. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after the payment has been completed.

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can just pay the difference. Alternatively, if the value is lesser, the same will be refunded.

Refunds

Refund is applicable under the following criteria: 

1. Pre-paid orders.

2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)

For COD orders, refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value which means no cash refunds to bank account.

Store credits are automatically applied to your account & can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to care@littlebams.com
